Course Description
This practical and highly-interactive course includes real- life case studies and exercises where participants will be engaged in a series of interactive small groups and class workshops. This course is designed to provide participants with a detailed and up-to-date overview of Advanced Marine/Pipeline Terminals Management, Operation and Safety with International Standard. It covers the background, significance and types of marine pipeline terminals; the international standards and regulatory frameworks; the structure and components of marine terminals and pipelines; the procedures and checklist of terminal/pipeline operation; the maintenance and inspection of terminal equipment and pipelines; the pipeline pressure management, flow rate control and terminal logistics; and the safety measures during operations, quick response and remedial actions during emergency procedures.
