  • Defining scope and creating a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)

Day 3: Project Planning Tools and Techniques

  • Scheduling techniques (Gantt charts, CPM, PERT)
  • Resource allocation and workload balancing
  • Budgeting and cost estimation
  • Developing a risk management plan
  • Communication and procurement planning

Day 4: Project Execution and Monitoring

  • Project team development and leadership

Day 5: Project Closure and Practical Application
