Module 3: Situational Leadership Model

  • Supporting/participating Style (High Competence/Variable Commitment).
  • Coaching/Selling Style (Some Competence/Some Commitment).
  • Directing/Telling Style (Low Competence/High Commitment).
  • Delegating Style (High Competence/High Commitment).

Module 4: Task Versus People Leadership Model (Blake Mouton Management Grid)

  • Impoverished Management (Low Results/Low People).
  • Authority Obedience Management (High Results/Low People).
  • Middle of the Road Management (Medium Results/Medium People).
  • Country Club Management (Low Results/High People).
  • Team Management (High Results/High People).

Module 5: Leadership Process Factors Model (Dunham & Pierce’s)

  • Leader.
  • Followers.
  • Context: Circumstances under which the Leader is managing his/her team.
  • Outcomes: Results produced by followers under the direction of the Leader.

Module 6: Personal Learning Action Planning for the Delegates
